Kroos: 'This Award Is a Beautiful Conclusion to My Football Career'

Toni Kroos, the former German midfielder for Real Madrid, has been honored with the 2024 Golden Player award by 'Tuttosport'. In a video message played at the Turin Automobile Museum, Kroos expressed his gratitude, stating, 'This is a special night for me because of receiving such a beautiful award. Many former players and legends voted for me, and that means a lot.'

Kroos played a pivotal role in Real Madrid's triumphs in the Champions League, La Liga, and the Spanish Super Cup last season. He retired from professional football six months ago, following Germany's exit from Euro 2024.

During his tenure from 2014 to 2024 with Real Madrid, Kroos secured numerous titles, including four La Liga championships and five Champions League victories.
