Joselu Reunites with Real Madrid Teammates in Qatar
Former Real Madrid forward Joselu visited his former teammates and management in Doha ahead of the Intercontinental Cup final against Pachuca.
Joselu, the former Real Madrid striker, paid a visit to his former club in Doha, Qatar, as Real Madrid prepare for their Intercontinental Cup final against Pachuca. The Spanish forward, now playing for Al-Gharafa in the Qatari league, greeted his ex-teammates and coaching staff warmly.
Joselu met with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez and head coach Carlo Ancelotti at the team’s hotel. He then spent time catching up with key players like Luka Modric, Thibaut Courtois, Kylian Mbappe, and Vinicius Junior.
The visit was particularly emotional as Joselu shared a special moment with Vinicius, his former attacking partner. The two players exchanged hugs, showcasing the strong bond they built during their time at the club.
During his final season at Real Madrid, Joselu was instrumental to the team’s success, scoring 18 goals, including a crucial brace against Bayern Munich in the Champions League semifinals. His performances played a significant role in Real Madrid’s triumphs in both the Champions League and La Liga.
Following his success, Joselu moved to Al-Gharafa in Qatar, where he continues to make an impact. Al-Gharafa currently holds fourth place in the Qatari Stars League standings.
