During the Globe Soccer Awards, where he was named Best Player in the Middle East for 2024, Cristiano Ronaldo addressed his future plans beyond his playing career. He stated, 'After retiring, I have no desire to become a coach or club president. However, I might consider purchasing shares in a football club.'

Ronaldo also discussed his current tenure with Al-Nassr, expressing satisfaction: 'I am happy with my current team, and we will see what the future holds for my career. I feel I am in good form.'

Regarding the competitive landscape of the Saudi Pro League, he acknowledged the strength of rivals: 'Winning the league in Saudi Arabia is challenging, especially with teams like Al-Hilal and Al-Ittihad, who are very strong.'

Ronaldo's contract with Al-Nassr extends until the summer of 2025. To date, he has made 59 appearances for the club, scoring an equal number of goals.
