Federico Chiesa Eyes January Exit from Liverpool

Federico Chiesa, the Italian winger, is reportedly seeking a loan move back to Italy in January due to limited playing time and recurring injuries since joining Liverpool.

Federico Chiesa Eyes January Exit from Liverpool

Federico Chiesa, who joined Liverpool from Juventus in August for approximately €15 million, is considering a departure just five months into his tenure at Anfield. The 27-year-old winger has struggled with limited playing time and recurring injuries, making only four appearances for the club.

Chiesa was anticipated to be a reliable backup for Mohamed Salah, but has managed only 18 minutes in the Premier League this season. Reports from France suggest that he is seeking a loan move back to Italy to secure more consistent playing time.

Several Italian clubs, including Napoli and AC Milan, have expressed interest in acquiring Chiesa. Additionally, his former club, Fiorentina, is reportedly considering bringing him back.

Despite his challenges, Chiesa remains in training with Liverpool. However, the prospect of a January exit appears increasingly likely as he aims to rejuvenate his career with more regular on-field opportunities.
