On his way off the pitch, he encountered Pep Guardiola, but their interaction appeared far from friendly. Given City's recent form—securing only one win in their last 13 matches across all competitions—such frustration isn't entirely unexpected.
Adrian Durham, a Talksport presenter, observed: "Notably, Kevin De Bruyne was probably the first to head down the tunnel without speaking to anyone."
Former City defender Danny Mills added: "I noticed that; he left the field swiftly. Pep approached him, but De Bruyne's demeanor was quite abrupt. He seemed very unhappy, likely disappointed with both the result and his limited 15-minute playtime."
