Martin Demichelis, the former Bayern Munich and Manchester City defender, experienced an unexpected visitor at his home in Monterrey, Mexico. A bear wandered into his yard, leading to a surprising encounter for the family.
Demichelis' wife, Evangelina Anderson, captured the incident on video and shared it on her Instagram story. In the footage, she can be heard advising their young daughter to stay indoors to ensure safety.
Fortunately, the bear eventually left the premises without causing any harm. Interestingly, reports indicate that approximately 700 bears reside in the Monterrey area, making such sightings relatively common.
Demichelis, 44, enjoyed a successful playing career with stints at clubs including Bayern Munich, Manchester City, and Atletico Madrid. He transitioned into coaching and currently serves as the head coach of CF Monterrey in Mexico.
