Ronaldo's Son Wears Jersey That Once Brought His Father to Tears

Cristiano Ronaldo's children have a penchant for playfully supporting their father's rivals. Recently, one of his sons was spotted wearing a Barcelona jersey, despite Ronaldo's legendary status with Real Madrid.

In a new instance, a video has surfaced showing his eldest son, Cristiano Jr., donning the jersey of Yassine Bounou, the Moroccan goalkeeper currently playing for Al Hilal, a direct competitor of Ronaldo's current club, Al Nassr.

The history between Ronaldo and Bounou is notable. Bounou was the goalkeeper for Morocco when they defeated Portugal in the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup, a loss that left Ronaldo in tears.

Since joining Al Nassr, Ronaldo has yet to secure a victory against Al Hilal, with the exception of the Arab Club Champions Cup final in the summer of 2023, where his two goals led to a 2-1 win. However, this tournament is considered a pre-season event, organized outside the official FIFA calendar.
