Neymar Set for Return to Action with Al Hilal
Neymar Jr. is close to returning to play for Al Hilal after recovering from his injury and participating in group training sessions.
Neymar Jr., the Brazilian forward of Al Hilal, is on the verge of returning to action after participating in part of the team’s group training session on Tuesday. His return comes as part of a planned recovery program following his muscle injury.
Neymar sustained the injury on November 4 during a group-stage match against Esteghlal Tehran in the AFC Champions League. According to reports from Al Riyadh, Neymar’s full readiness will coincide with the completion of his current suspension period.
Additionally, Al Hilal’s training sessions have been moved to the youth team’s stadium next to the club’s main facility due to ongoing winter maintenance of the main pitch. This maintenance is expected to last for three weeks.
The Al Hilal squad resumed its activities after the break, conducting double training sessions in the morning and afternoon while having lunch at the club premises. The team will face a crucial clásico match against Al Ittihad on January 7 in the quarter-finals of the Saudi Arabian League Cup.
