In a spirited encounter at San Siro, AS Roma managed a 1-1 draw against AC Milan. Head coach Claudio Ranieri acknowledged the team's inability to clinch a win but emphasized the match's entertainment value for supporters. He remarked, 'We didn't win, but both sets of fans were entertained.'

Roma responded swiftly to Milan's early lead, with Paulo Dybala netting a volley from an assist by Artem Dovbyk. Goalkeeper Mile Svilar made several crucial saves, matched by Milan's Mike Maignan, leading Ranieri to describe the result as 'fair.'

Ranieri made strategic substitutions in the second half, introducing Lorenzo Pellegrini and Zeki Çelik to mitigate the risk of players receiving second yellow cards. He explained, 'I made changes because I feared a second yellow card and didn't want to take that risk.'

Looking ahead, Ranieri praised Dybala's consistent training and performance, stating, 'When he's in good form, it's enjoyable for everyone to watch him on the pitch.' He also commented on the upcoming derby against SS Lazio, acknowledging their strong season and noting, 'The derby is always the derby; it's a separate game.'
