Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala has once again expressed his admiration for Barcelona and Lionel Messi, describing them as his childhood inspirations.
Jamal Musiala, the talented midfielder of Bayern Munich, has reiterated his admiration for Barcelona and its legendary player Lionel Messi. In a recent interview, Musiala described how Barcelona shaped his early passion for football.
Musiala stated, "Barcelona was my favorite and most beloved team. I had a jersey of Messi, and their midfield trio of Xavi, Iniesta, and Busquets amazed me. I could watch their games repeatedly."
He further revealed his strong connection to Messi, saying, "When I was a child, almost all my jerseys had Messi's name on them." Musiala, whose contract with Bayern Munich runs until June 2026, hinted at his long-standing affection for Barcelona.
Additionally, Musiala spoke about his admiration for Neymar, saying, "I also had a Neymar jersey, but Messi was my hero and my favorite player."
